To check your account

1. login to your SHIP account
2. click Student Services & Financial Aid
3. click Registration
4. click Check Your Registration Status.
5. Choose a Term and click Submit (* you may not be asked to do this step)
6. If you see the statement "You have holds which will prevent registration"
7. scroll to the bottom of the screen and click View Holds.
8. The hold screen will tell you the type of hold you have and what processes (registration, getting a transcript) are being held. Please contact the appropriate office to get the hold removed.

To see charges on your account

1. login to your SHIP account
2. click Student Services & Financial Aid
3. click Academic and Account Information
4. click Account summary by Term and Credit Card Payment
   • Here you will see your balance for each term.
   • Your account balance must be $0 to register for Spring classes.

How To Pay

1. To pay by credit card or check, go to the very bottom of the Account Summary page (see instructions above) and click on "bill+payment"
   • This will take you to the AASU billing web site.
   • Login again with your student ID # and your PIN
   • The web payment system has many features to help you manage your account. To pay your bill, click on the "Make a Payment" link.
   • You will be shown a summary of charges on your account. Click "Pay"
   • Choose Electronic Check or Credit Card via PayPath to indicate how you would like to pay. Click "Go" and follow the instructions to complete your payment.
